Finished Measurements:
35 (37, 41, 45, 49, 53, 57) inches / 89 (94, 104, 114, 124, 134, 145) cm bust circumference.
Shown in size M (41’’/104 cm) on 37’’/94 cm bust with 4”/104 cm of positive ease.
Pullover is designed to be oversized: at least 4” of positive ease.
Gauge:
24 sts and 38 rows = 4’’ in stockinette stitch on size US 4 (3.5 mm) needle, after blocking.
28 sts and 38 rows = 4’’ in cable pattern on size US 4 (3.5 mm) needle, after blocking.
Needles:
Size US 4 (3.5 mm): 32” (80 cm) circular (circ) and 16” (40 cm) circ.
Double-pointed needles (DPNS) of same sizes.
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain gauge.
Notions:
12 markers, tapestry needle, cable needle, waste yarn.
Materials:
Sport weight yarn (approximate amounts): 1075 (1186, 1250, 1350, 1488, 1552, 1648) yards 968 (1067, 1125, 1215, 1339, 1397, 1483) m.
For sample I have used The Plucky Knitter Traveler Sport (65% Extra Fine Merino, 20% Mulberry Silk, 15% Yak; 325 yds/100 g): Crumpet - 4 (4, 4, 5, 5, 6, 6) skeins.
