The body of this top is worked in the round in one piece to the underarms, then upper front and back are worked separately back and forth. Stitches for the sleeves are picked up along armholes and sleeves are worked in the round from the top down, the sleeve cap is shaped with short rows.

Finished Measurements: 

33 (36½, 41½, 44¾, 50, 53¼, 56½)”/ 84 (93, 105.5, 113.5, 127, 135, 143.5) cm bust circumference. 
Top shown measures 41½”/105.5 cm on 38”/96.5 cm bust.

Gauge: 
19 sts and 28 rows = 4”/10 cm on larger needle in Stockinette Stitch or Reverse Stockinette Stitch. 

Tools: 

Size US 6/4 mm: 24-32”/60-80 cm circular. 
Size US 4/3.5 mm: 24-32”/60-80 cm circular and 16”/40 cm circular. 
2 sets of double-pointed needles of the same sizes. 
(or appropriate size needle to obtain gauge). 
Stitch markers; cable needle, size US 6/4 mm; waste yarn; stitch holder; tapestry needle, scale.
