Vireo Pullover

This close-fitted pullover features beautiful arans, framed by darker colored textured details to maintain the slimmer look and flattering shape.

The pattern is suitable for intermediate cable knitters. Instructions are both written and charted, and a detailed schematic is included. If you have any questions please pm me.

Finished Measurements: 

33 (36, 40, 44, 48, 52)”/ 86 (92, 102, 112, 122, 132)cm bust circumference. Shown in size M with 1/2” positive ease.

Gauge: 

Horizontal rib: 17 sts х 30 rows = 4” on larger needles after blocking.
Cable pattern: 22 sts х 30 rows = 4” on larger needles after blocking.

Needles: 

Size US 8 (5 mm) and US 5 (3,75 mm): 16”/ 42 cm circ. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge. 

 

Notions: 
Markers (m), tapestry needle, cable needle.

Materials: 

Approximately 1100 (1210, 1320, 1430, 1540, 1760) yds / 990 (1090, 1190, 1300, 1400, 1590) m worsted weight yarn.

​

Sample is made with Knit Picks Swish Worsted (100% Merino Wool; 110 yd/50 g): Marble Heather (grey; A) - 6 (6, 7, 7, 8, 9) skeins: White (B) — 4 (5, 5, 6, 6, 7) skeins.
